Waterloo sunsets

• vanilla vodka↗200ml ml

  (or add 1 tsp vanilla extract to 200ml plain vodka)

• peach schnapps↗100ml ml
• chilled peach juice↗500ml ml
• chilled soda or lemonade

  to fill

• splash of grenadine
• a few raspberries

Step-by-step instructions

   In a jug, mix vodka (or vanilla extract), with schnapps and juice. Divide between 8 glasses.

2. 2

   Add a few ice cubes, fill completely with soda or lemonade, then gently pour grenadine into each, over a teaspoon down the inside of the glass so it settles at the bottom. Add raspberries, a straw for stirring and pass around!
