I came up with this during a cocktail night, it's an adaption of a couple of other cocktails combined, and is now one of my favourite drinks! It's refreshing and a little bit too easy to drink! :)

Ingredients

1 serv.

ml citrus-infused vodka↗25 ml
ml ruby red graprefruit juice↗25 ml
ml lychee liqueur↗25 ml
dashes bitters↗3 dashes
champagne, to top up↗
to top up

Step-by-step instructions

Shake the first four ingredients together with some ice in a cocktail shaker.

Pour into a champagne flute, and top up with chilled champagne.
