Icecream Cookie Sandwiches!

• quart vanilla ice cream, softened. (or any other flavor )1
• chocolate chip cookies16
• chocolate sprinkles↗

Step-by-step instructions

   Spread 3 tablespoons ice cream on the downside of 6 of the cookies.

   Add 1 cookie on each icecream spread cookie, so you cover it.

   Sprinkle sprinkles on the sides.

   Freeze for at least 1 hour.
