Chocolate Milkshake

• hazelnut chocolate spread↗1 tbsp tbsp

• semi-skimmed milk↗250ml ml
• chocolate ice cream2scoops scoops
• marshmallows5
• double cream30ml ml

  whipped

• toasted hazelnuts1 tsp tsp

  chopped

Step-by-step instructions

   Pour a small amount of chocolate paste onto the back of a teaspoon and spread it in a long stripe from the bottom to the top of the inside of the glass. Place the remaining chocolate paste in a bowl and warm it in the microwave or in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat for a few seconds until it becomes liquid, then set aside.

   Add the milk and chocolate ice cream to a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into the prepared glass.

   Top with a layer of marshmallows and a spoonful of whipped cream. Garnish with a drizzle of warmed chocolate paste and a few toasted hazelnuts. Serve immediately with a straw.
