• crème de cacao↗4 tbsp tbsp
• lemon juice↗4 tbsp tbsp
• grenadine2 dashes of
• golden caster sugar↗4 tsp tsp
• pared orange zest

   Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake together, then pour into Martini glasses, add the zest, and serve. Alternatively, serve over ice in highball glasses.
