While searching for a recipe for Mocha Valencia, I found this one on Melantha's Incandesant Blog(archives). I haven't tried it yet, but will post a review.

Ingredients

1 serv.

espresso↗2 fluid ounces
smirnoff orange twist vodka↗1 fluid ounce
chocolate syrup1 fluid ounce
vanilla ice cream

Step-by-step instructions

Pour vodka, syrup and 2 scoops ice cream into a large mug.

Brew esspresso normally and add to mug.

Stir until well blended.

Microwave to warm if necessary.
